Services

-What I Offer:-

I offer website Accessibility Audits. I go through your site page by page, focusing on high-risk areas, using the same methods I apply for U.S. Federal Government Audits.

-What Sets Me Apart:-

I care deeply about accessibility. Before I write a single test case, I think like the end user—the person navigating your site with a keyboard only, screen reader, or limited vision. That human focus drives every audit I do.

-I obsess over technical detail, relying on federal methodologies to uncover what automated tools miss. I never lose sight of why this matters: real people, real access.

-How I Work

I start by making sure you understand the process. Compliance can feel scary, so I break it down simply by showing you one or two examples of what leads to lawsuits, then how to fix them.

-I work through WCAG 2.1 AA and 2.2 AA step by step. Finally, cleaning up your site using all 53 success criteria until it stands on solid ground.

I don't just hand you a report and leave. I educate, ease your concerns, and make sure you understand how each step protects your business long-term.

-What You Get:-

After validation, I issue a VPAT document, then generate your Accessibility Conformance Report (ACR). This gives you official documentation of your site's compliance that you can keep and use.

I'm a solo owner-operator working with trusted contractors. You get personal attention, clear communication, and a partner who is interested in your website's conformance.

Background

  • My focus:-

Is on digital accessibility began in 2023 with the realization that seemingly small technical oversights, like a missing "skip-to-content" link, create insurmountable barriers for keyboard users. This sparked a career dedicated to high-integrity auditing and ensuring digital products are inclusive by design.

  • My specialization:-

Is in the DHS Trusted Tester methodology, a rigorous manual auditing process that uncovers critical barriers automated tools routinely miss. Having audited over 100 diverse website scenarios, I bring a precise, technical eye to Section 508 and WCAG 2.1/2.2 compliance.

  • My value:-

Goes beyond finding errors; I provide expert advice on applicable code and specific remediation strategies, enabling your developers to implement fixes quickly and accurately. Following these validations, I author high-integrity VPAT® and ACR documentation that provides the transparency and legal assurance your business needs.

  • My drive:-

In my work is the tangible impact of digital equity. I advocate for the screen reader user and the keyboard-only navigator who deserve seamless access. Using a technical toolkit—including NVDA, ANDI, Accessibility Tracker, and Axe DevTools Pro—I help SaaS companies, SMEs, and others mitigate risk and expand their market reach.

  • Your ROI:-

As I finalize my formal certification this March 2026, I am already delivering the thorough manual testing required to protect organizations while opening their doors to all users. When accessibility is done right, your product works better for everyone—and when every user can navigate your site with ease, the ROI is palpable

Beyond Work

Outside of Work:-

  • When I'm not auditing websites, you'll likely find me with jazz or handpipe music playing in the background. There's something about those smooth melodies that clears my mind and resets my focus.
  • When it comes to music. Clean lyrics, good vibes, music you could actually sing along to without worrying—the era of the 90s songs shaped me. I still go back to it often.
  • Nature is my other escape. A quiet trail, fresh air, trees—it reminds me that the best things in life aren't digital at all. It's where I do my best thinking.
  • I love to sing. Not professionally, just for the joy of it. In the car, at home, anywhere really. It's my version of letting loose.
  • Work-life balance matters deeply to me. I believe you show up better for your clients when you also show up for yourself. So I protect my downtime like I protect my attention to detail on an audit.
  • Meeting new friends brings me joy. New people, new conversations, new perspectives—it all finds its way back into how I see the world and how I approach my work. Every connection reminds me that we all experience life differently, which is exactly why accessibility matters.
