Background
My career spans software development, data systems, and digital strategy, which naturally led me to accessibility as both a technical discipline and an ethical responsibility.
As the founder of Bixli, I work at the intersection of accessibility, client acquisition, and sustainable digital systems. I bring a systems-level mindset to accessibility—understanding not only how issues arise in code and content, but why they persist inside organizations. This allows me to address root causes rather than symptoms.
I am deeply involved in accessibility education and professional communities, regularly mentoring founders, consultants, and technical teams on how to embed accessibility into their processes from the start. My work emphasizes compliance with WCAG and ADA expectations while also advocating for accessibility as a long-term business advantage, not just a legal requirement.
What drives my work is the belief that accessibility should be intentional, measurable, and respectful of both users and the teams building the product. When accessibility is done well, everyone benefits.
Beyond Work
Outside of work, I enjoy staying connected to my local entrepreneurial community and mentoring founders who are building meaningful products and services. I value thoughtful conversations, collaboration, and helping people see complex problems more clearly.
I enjoy cooking, experimenting with recipes, and sharing meals with family and friends. I’m also drawn to systems thinking beyond technology—how people, processes, and incentives interact, and how small changes can lead to meaningful improvement.
At heart, I’m a builder and a mentor. Whether in business or personal life, I’m motivated by clarity, fairness, and creating environments where people can do their best work.
